As Director of Operations, Tracey oversees the day-to-day aspects of our firm’s operations and managing customer new accounts processing, and providing service to existing accounts. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Tracey believes nothing is impossible and enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to any problem. She considers her biggest strength to be perspective—acknowledging and respecting the unique needs and opinions of co-workers and clients.
